Family Domestic Violence Programs

Change Em Ways (CEW) is an Indigenous Men’s Behaviour Change (MBC) family domestic violence program for Aboriginal men that have used or are using violence in their relationship, being delivered by Mens Outreach Service Aboriginal Corporation.

CEW Broome is an 8-week intensive workshop that is delivered in Broome three times a year. This program is funded by the National Indigenous Australians Agency.

CEW Communities is a 5-week intensive workshop that is delivered in Fitzroy Crossing and Bidydanga twice per year in each location.  A one-week Workshop is also delivered in Kununurra twice per year. This program is funded by the Department of Communities.

The CEW model includes the Strong Women, Strong Families (SWSF) partner support service, which provides intensive one on one support and advocacy to the partners of men enrolled in CEW and runs simultaneously to the men’s program.

Dijun Way YoungN Deadly is a youth program for individuals aged 12-18 years old and aims to provide an educational journey focused on the primary prevention of family domestic violence.

The Dijun Way program consists of six modules focused on promoting awareness of family domestic violence.  This program is funded by the Department of Communities.
